Operator View and Experience

Operators can manage their SecureConnect deployment with: 

• Administrative view and management
  • Portal views
• Organizational views
  • Muti-tenant
• Insights
  • Devices, applications
  • Performance

Operator Admins have views into the organizations using SecureConnect and their respective Sites (locations).

Accessing SecureConnect

• Visit: controlcenter.veea.co
• Use your admin credentials. First-time users will receive an email asking to verify their email address which authorizes their account.
• Whitelist emails from @veea.co to avoid missing critical messages.
• After logging in, you will land on the home screen viewing the first site/location in your list.

Creating an Organization

• Select Add Organization at the upper right and follow the prompts.
• Once the Organization is created, click the admin icon to add an organization administrator. This could be the owner of the business, the IT representative or anyone else who is authorized to manage SecureConnect. The administrator will receive an email to create a new password.
• After an organization is set up and they have deployed SecureConnect, you will now have the ability to view performance and insights into the network security for that organization.

Define or Change Administrators

The Administrators tab establishes contact information and access for SecureConnect.

Organizations Menu

The Organizations tab displays the organizations that have been established and that can be managed (clients).

• Information on each client is available through the ACTION icons to the right o
• Type of client is listed (here shown as SMB)
• The arrow key allows you to sign in to that specific client for more detailed analysis

Select a given organization to open security management options and web traffic analytics for that organization (shown below).

You are now in the "Organization View".

Organization Security Dashboard

The Security Dashboard shows an overview of all web traffic through the Organization over time. This includes identified threats, blocked websites, and daily traffic insights.

Organization Sites Menu

The Sites tab lists the Organization’s locations. This example shows three locations: one in Condesa, one in Polanco, and one in Roma.

Authorized  managers for each site are also listed here

Organization Networks Menu

This menu presents a view across all the networks controlled and the organizations they are associated with. 

• Show status e.g., online

• Organization the Site is tied to

• Provides for additional action and review

Endpoint Devices Menu

The All Endpoint Devices tab displays a list of connected devices across the Organization. This includes each given device’s security profile as well as detailed connection information about each device.

SecureConnect Insights

Insights provides powerful views for SecureConnect Administrators (at both the Operator and Organizational Admin levels)

• Provides detailed views into bandwidth usage
• Devices and device bandwidth
• Protocols used
• Applications and bandwidth consumption
• Many other views network wide or site specific, that can be used for customer care and system management

This example (below) shows the ability to look at bandwidth consumption of devices. You have the ability to look at a single device or multiple devices.

Another example (below) shows the ability to look at bandwidth consumption across the selected network or site or organization. It also provides the ability to look at specific IP address.
