The Meshes screen serves as your central dashboard for viewing and managing all Meshes within the selected group. It includes familiar navigation and profile tools consistent with other areas of the platform, along with a searchable, filterable table of mesh records. From this screen, you can select a specific Mesh to access detailed information and perform various management tasks.
| Item # | Title | Description |

Creating a mesh
To create a new mesh, you must use the VeeaHub Manager mobile app. When adding a new VeeaHub through the app, you’ll be prompted to either join an existing mesh or create a new one. Select the option to create a new mesh.
For detailed steps, refer to the “Adding & Managing VeeaHubs” article in the VeeaHub Manager section.
Viewing a mesh
When you click on any name in the Mesh record table, it opens the Meshes detail page. The content shown on this page automatically adjusts to accommodate information changes affected by VeeaHub model, backhaul option and subscriptions.
This section shows the mesh's overall status and WAN connectivity. Under the options menu, you can find:
- Rename mesh
- Move mesh - allows you to move the mesh to another group
- Backup & Restore
- Mesh Upgreade
- Power Options
If there are software updates available, the above box is shown.
The 'View Updates' button allows you to see a summary of available updates and selectively choose which updates are applied. Changes can be applied immediately or scheduled for a particular date and time (refer to Software Updates).
Software changes can occur as a result of:
- Update of the packages installed
- Software update
- Cancellation and rescheduling of the pending software updates.
Analytics is used to provide charted views of logged data metrics which includes Wi-Fi and hardware usage. Use the 'Enable [XYZ] Analytics' button to turn specific analytics on and off. A 'View' button is active when analytics is turned on. Select the button to open the Grafana dashboard and view the metrics.
Enabling Automatic Backups allows you to set a specific day of week and time for the system to create a backup without manual input. Usage of this is highly recommended in production settings.
Gateway and Mesh VeeaHubs are shown as above. Clicking on Services button allows you to view and interact with running containers on a device.
This section block shows the list of active software package subscriptions applied to the selected Mesh. A 'Remove' button is used to remove a subscription from the Mesh. The 'Add a Subscription...' button is used to add a subscription to the Mesh.
This section content is only visible with a 4G backhaul subscription. It displays key parameters which are:
- Network
- Current Usage

Note: Information for connected devices comes from Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) leases that are provided by the Gateway VeeaHub (in routed mode). When a non gateway VeeaHub device is unenrolled from the Mesh, the connected devices information may continue to show the device present for up to 60 minutes.
Service Set Identifiers (SSIDS) are listed here.
These are the broadcast Wi-Fi Access Points (APs). Parameters are:

Software Updates
When software updates are available, click the View Updates button in the Software Updates section to see the available options. This opens a dialog where you can review and install all applicable updates for the selected mesh.
By default, you can immediately begin the update by selecting Install selected software. If you prefer to delay the update, click Scheduling options. From there, choose the Schedule changes for a later time option, then click the date field to open a calendar. Select your preferred date and time, then click Install selected software to finalize scheduling. The update will begin automatically at the time you specified.
Once scheduled or started, a confirmation message will appear. A corresponding task will also be created on the Active Tasks page, allowing you to track progress from either the Mesh or Tasks page.
If updates are available for multiple meshes, the Bulk Update feature allows you to select which meshes should receive the update. For more information, see the Software Updates article.
