Overview
This is how to manually reset your VeeaHub if it is not connected to the Control Center
(typically used when re-using a mesh node or a unit that has self-protected itself eg due to DHCP conflicts for example.
If your Hub is still connecting to the Control Center and manageable from there, you can perform the same resets remotely from there .

Resets Available:
- Simple Restart (warm reset)
- Application re-initialisation (keeps current settings)
- Full Reset (‘recovery’) and re-installation (keeps current settings)
- HARD “factory” reset and Reinstallation (Clears all settings)
How To Reset
Manual (at the VeeaHub) resets are performed by holding the reset button continuously for increasing time periods and letting go during the correct period of time.
Please note that there is no de-bounce, the hold must be continuous !
To assist you in knowing when to let go, the indicator LED’s will assist you.
VHE09/10 and VHH09/10 models : 2 status LED’s on the base of the unit
VHC25 models : the corners of the top surround light one by one.
Hold the reset /let go during this period of time for:
09/10 C25
- 0 – 5 seconds : simple reset : 1 LED ON 1 Corner On
- 5 – 10 seconds : Application reset : 1 LED ON + 1 LED flashing 2 Corners On
- 10 – 15 seconds : Full recovery : 2 LED flashing together 3 Corners On
After releasing the Reset, the hub will power shutdown and restart.
Similar to enrollment, a Full recovery can take up to 20-35 minutes depending the link speed and applications in use.
Procedure
- Power off Hub
- Hold Reset Button (do not let go !)
- Power on Hub (keep holding reset ….. )
- Keep holding for approx. 60 Seconds..

VHE09 /10 and VHH09/10 : 2 Status LED’s flash alternately at 0.5 seconds
Then release
until ...
VHC25 : LED surround changes to 100% Purple
Then release
