This guide provides step-by-step instructions for unboxing, mounting, powering on, and enrolling your VeeaHub to prepare it for integration into your VeeaONE mesh network. For best results and to avoid potential damage, we strongly recommend reviewing the entire guide before beginning setup.

Mounting Options
Wall Installation
The mounting plate is included in the VeeaHub box with an instruction sheet. It is a standard VESA mounting bracket.

1. Hold the base plate (part 1) against the wall or ceiling. If mounting on the wall, ensure that the base plate is oriented with the locking tab on top. Make marks to indicate the positions of the holes. 2. Drill 50 mm deep holes with a number 14 drill bit on the marks. If drilling into a wood wall, make 50 mm deep holes with a number 5 drill bit. 3. Screw the base plate (part 1) to the wall or ceiling using the M7 screws and the plugs (parts 3 and 4) as shown. |

| 4. Locate the four holes on the back of the VeeaHub (VHE09 or VHE10) | |
| 5. Attach the VeeaHub mounting plate (part 2) to the four holes on the back of the VeeaHub using four M4 screws (part A). | |

6. Slide the VeeaHub mounting plate together with the attached VeeaHub on to the wall mounting bracket so that the locking tabs come together again. 7. Secure the assembly with the remaining M4 screw (part 5) through the hole in the locking tabs of the two plates. |

Warnings
To prevent the device from overheating or being damaged you must ensure CAUTIONS are adhered to as follows:
- Ambient Temperature. Do not operate the unit an area that exceeds an ambient temperature of 40°C (104°F).
- Air Flow. The airflow around your VeeaHub must not be obstructed.
- Mechanical Loads. Be sure that the device is level and stable to avoid any hazardous conditions and that it is secure to prevent it from sliding or shifting out of position. Do not place anything on top of the device, as excessive weight may damage it.
- Power Supply Limitations. Only use the Veea supplied Power Supply Unit (PSU). Use of a different power supply may damage the VeeaHub.
- Environment. The VHE09/VHE10 must not be used in outdoor environments. It must not come into contact with any fluids or substances which might otherwise cause damage or present a fire or electrical hazard to the VeeaHub or personnel.
