If your unit has 4G/5G capabilities, it includes a SIM Card slot.
VHE09/VHE10: VeeaHub Pro
The SIM Card slot is located next to the Ethernet ports, underneath the SD Card slot. SIM cards are inserted with the metal contacts facing downward. The slot is spring-loaded, so when inserting a SIM, you will feel it "catch" and hold the card in place. When removing the SIM, simply press it gently inward toward the Hub itself and then release your finger. It will partially eject outward and be ready for you to pull it out the rest of the way.
VHH09/VHH10: VeeaHub Outdoor
VHC25-5G: VeeaHub STAX with 5G
The SIM Card is inserted on a tray that is located on the side of the unit.
- Locate the SIM card tray slot
- Carefully flip the Hub upside down and rest it on a level surface.
- Pull out the SIM card tray
- Insert/replace the SIM card into the tray. The SIM contacts will be facing upward toward you, and the tray is keyed to allow it to be inserted only one way. Be sure that the SIM is firmly installed into the tray. A rule of thumb is that if you gently shake the tray, the SIM doesn’t wiggle or come loose.
- Insert the tray back into the unit. take care not to force the tray back into the device and gently slide it in, carefully maintaining proper alignment flush with the surface of the Hub.
SIM Card Compatibility
The type of SIM card you’ll need depends on your Hub model:
VHE09 / VHE10 and VHH09 / VHH10 Hubs use a Micro SIM card.
VHC25 Hubs use a Nano SIM card.
Be sure to check your Hub model before inserting a SIM card to ensure the correct fit.
