The status lights on your VeeaHub depends on your VeeaHub model. This document shows the most common status light states, what they indicate and how you can solve any issues if they refer to one.
VHC25: VeeaHub STAX
- The STATUS LED is on the top of the unit, surrounding the Veea logo.

- To check the status of your VeeaHub, use VeeaHub Manager or Control Center.
- The RESET button is located on the bottom of the unit.
- Press the RESET button for less than 5 seconds to reboot.
- Press the RESET button for 5 - 9 seconds to reset containers.
- Press the RESET button for more than 10 seconds to enter Recovery Mode.
VHC25-5G: VeeaHub STAX with 5G
- 5G Model of VeeaHub STAX has a STATUS LED on top of the unit, surrounding the Veea Logo.
- The 5G Model also has an OLED display in the center. (OLED User Guide)

- The LOGO LED is on the top of the unit, surrounding the Veea logo.
- The STATUS and POWER LEDs are located next to the ports on the back of the unit.
- LEDs can be Green or Red depending on state.

- Press the RESET button for less than 5 seconds to reboot.
- Press the RESET button for 5 - 9 seconds to reset containers.

VHH09/VHH10: VeeaHub Outdoor
- Two status lights, marked with one or two dots are located next to the ports.
- First light is the STATUS LED while the second one is the POWER LED.
- LEDs are only green. VHHxx series do not have a LOGO led.
