The OnboardEase application provides Operators and Agents with access to a range of powerful features, enhancing their ability to manage customer interactions and services. Below is a detailed breakdown of the app’s key features and functionalities.
Access Control
Operator - The Operator account serves as an administrative account with comprehensive privileges. The Operator can create new Agents and has full visibility into all aspects of the system, allowing for efficient management and oversight.
Agent - Each Agent is required to have their own account, which enables them to create and manage customers, plans, and other related tasks effectively.

This is not managed by OnboardEase. It is retrieved from the VTBA backend.
Each tenant can have multiple communities, which we refer to as 'Communities' - essentially VTBA AP Groups. These communities serve as the structure under which agents add customer subscriptions.

Plans - A plan serves as a template that is linked to customers through a subscription. When a plan is attached to a customer, a subscription is created, which in turn generates a service on the vTBA backend.

Payments - Payment refers to the transaction history for all customers under the selected tenant. It also includes details of the agent associated with each payment.

Agents - The agent list is only visible to the operator. Agents are responsible for handling all operations, such as creating customers and managing subscriptions, and plans.

The operator can perform all operations as the Agent can except a few listed below.
Plans - Only operators can create a plan. Cannot attach Plan.
Subscriptions: Cannot extend Subscription.
Customers: Can not create customer

Tenant
Predefined tenants are available and can be switched from the Sidebar. The tenant switch feature is enabled only if more than one tenant is available; otherwise, the single available tenant will be set as the default.
