Introduction

To manage your VeeaHubs using the VeeaHub Manager (VHM) mobile app or Veea Control Center, you must first log in with a Veea account. This guide walks you through the login or account creation process, whether you’re an individual user or part of an organization.

Creating an Account on the Web

Personal Accounts

1. Visit controlcenter.veea.co
2. Tap the 'Create a Veea Account' link
3. Fill in the form then tap 'Create a Veea Account' to submit.
4. Check your email and confirm your account.

Enterprise / Organizational Accounts

1. Visit your organization's Control Center.
2. Tap the 'Create a <Organization Name> Account' link
3. Fill in the form then tap 'Create a <Organization Name> Account' to submit.
4. Check your email and confirm your account.

Creating an Account using VHM

Personal Accounts

1. Open the VeeaHub Manager App.
2. Tap the 'Log in or Sign Up' button.
3. Select 'Veea (Default)'
4. At the login prompt, tap on 'Sign Up'.
5. Fill in the form then tap 'Sign Up' to submit.
6. Check your email and confirm your account.

Enterprise / Organizational Accounts

1. Open the VeeaHub Manager App.
2. Tap the 'Log in or Sign Up' button.
3. Select 'Veea (Default)' for a single user, or 'Add a new Organization' for an organization².
4. On the 'Add Organization' screen, enter the organization name².
5. If you do not have organization login credentials, at the login prompt, tap on 'Sign Up'.
6. Check your email and confirm your account.
