Introduction
Your VeeaHub is designed to be powered on at all times and does not require reboots for optimal performance or any other maintenance reasons. However, if your VeeaHub is not behaving correctly, power cycling it might help.
If power cycling does not fix the problems, you can also reset your unit to the Factory Settings.
Restarting using the Control Center (recommended)
If your device is online and reachable, you can use the Control Center to restart it remotely.
- Go to My Devices and Meshes and select your VeeaHub from My Devices.
- On the Overview tab, click on Shutdown/Restart Device.
- Select the option you require.
Restarting manually
If your unit is not responding to the Control Center or is showing up offline, you can unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in to manually restart it.
Your VeeaHub should appear as online on the Control Center in about 2-5 minutes.
Resetting your device
If restarting your VeeaHub did not help, you can reset your device to factory settings. Please check your model-specific resetting instructions from this page.
